Smoked & deli
All our smoked meats are made fresh on site. We make it in the traditional way, keeping additives and preservatives to the minimum. All of our products are naturally smoked and made with no by-products or liquid smoke.
Our Bacon and Garlic rings are known across North America from British Columbia to Newfoundland, and from Nunavut to Texas.

Our pork is as fresh as you can get it, due to the fact that we do our own slaughtering in our plant. It is also provincially inspected.
We also sell beef products in our store.
