Interlake Packers Ltd.

Located in St. Laurent, Manitoba, Interlake Packers’ was founded in 1972. It is a family owned and operated company.

 

Since the company opened we have expanded our facilities twice, once in 1990 and again in 1998.

 

We are a provincially inspected slaughter and processing plant.

We process fresh pork on a weekly basis buying our hogs locally from the Interlake. We do custom slaughtering and wild game processing.

 

We have a retail store that is open 5 days a week.

We also have 2 delivery trucks that are on the road 5 days a week that deliver to local stores and restaurants within the Interlake and Winnipeg areas.
